New old Stock, never fired or mated together with a lower receiver. Colt M4 Upper receiver 5.56 assembly. Barrel 14.5 inches long. Both barrel and Receiver Stamped with matching serial numbers. A-Frame gas block and front sight/ 1-7 twist.  Standard A2 birdcage flash hider, and is not pinned or welded. Standard A2 grips. The receiver is M4 stamped above the key hole for the gas tube. No Bolt assembly or Charging handle included.  Comes with original box and owner's manual. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the upper assembly is compliant with regional or state laws.
